Villa layout:
On the ground floor contains a spacious living room with open kitchen, hall, bathroom with bath (shower in bath), utility room, double bedroom and one bedroom with a bunk bed. On the first floor are two further bedrooms (2 single beds) and half bathroom with toilet and shower.
Arrival and departure:
Check in from 16.00 o'clock. Check out before 10.00 o'clock.
At your arrival you sign a debit card when receiving the key (identification and credit card required). The apartment is checked after departure.
Periods:
The week rental runs from Friday until 16.00 o'clock Friday 10.00 o'clock. Outside the high season also from Monday to Monday. By appointment to any other arrival days possible.
The weekend runs from Friday 16.00 o'clock to Monday 10.00 o'clock. The midweek from Monday 16.00 o'clock to Friday 10.00 o'clock.
Cleaning:
The price of the villa is always including cleaning fee.
