Classes and Courses

At camping the Kuilart you can find various water sports including sailing, boating and surfing. If you cannot sail or surf, but would you like to do? At the Kuilart you can find sailing and surfing lessons from qualified instructors. Of course you can also contact them if you want to know more about water sports.

You can have sailing lessons during the school vacations, Ascension, Pentecost and sufficient participation. In the school holidays in July and August are also surfing lessons by qualified instructors.

You can follow the next lessons and courses:

Sailing Course falcon:

The course is taught in three blocks of four hours, so twelve hours in total. The crew of a les boat consists between two and five members, of course complemented by an experienced instructor.
These boats have excellent sailing characteristics, lots of storage and a spacious cockpit. At the end of the course you will get a certificate.

Refresher Course:

There is a special course to refresh. The curriculum is customized to your needs and skills, through private lessons.

Optimist Sailing Course:

Lesson in an optimist. Special instruction for children (minimum age 8 years and possession of a swimming certificate). Particular attention will be given to learning the basics such as controls, boat handling etc. The course consists of six blocks of two hours spread over three days.

Surf Lessons:

The surf course consists of three lesson blocks of three hours each. This is given to the waters of camping the Kuilart. Boards, suits and a surf simulator are available. The groups consist of up to six people.

Water-ski:

In July and August it is possible to do water skiing. The water skiing takes 2 hours. The group consists of 4 persons.

Fast Sailing on a Alligator or Axis:

In July and August it is possible to quickly navigate to an Alligator (banana) or Axis (moving belt). On the Kuilart you can subscribe by the water sport shop.

Falcon sailing lessons 3 x 4 hours	€ 139,- p.p.
Optimist sailing lessons 6 x 2 hours	€ 139,- p.p.
Surfing 3 x 3 hours	€ 114,- p.p.
Private lessons per hour (excluding cost boat)	€ 32,50
Water skiing 2 hours (in groups of 4 persons., In July and August)	€ 59,- p.p.
Sailing on an Axis of Alligator (July / August)	€ 19,- p.p.
